Currently we manufacture casting with weight range starting from 500 gms to 80 Kgs.
Core Making through Core Shooter Machines.
No Bake Process, Shell Core and molding making process & CO2 Core-Making process also available for making the cores.
Spectrometer, Micro Image Analyzer machine, Universal testing machine, BHN hardness tester, Sand lab, Chemical Lab available.
We manufacture following grades of casting:
Grey Iron:. FG-200, FG-260, FG-300
Ductile Iron:. 400/12, 400/15, 400/18, 500/7, 600/3, 700/2, 450/10.
We can also manufacture any grade of Grey Iron & Ductile Iron as per client's requirement.
